The Opportunity

The Project Manager will be responsible for general technical oversight and provide leadership, management oversight in implementation of the Early Childhood Development (ECD) Realizing Full Potential – secure strong foundation for young children in five districts Chifunabuli, Kawambwa, Mwansabombwe, Nchelenge and Chiengi. This Position will lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of the project activities aimed at supporting and strengthening the efforts of parents, caregivers, community-based organizations, state institutions, and other actors to ensure that – from before birth – young girls and boys receive the care, support and services needed to survive, grow up healthy, and develop to their full potential, free from gendered norms and attitudes that are discriminatory and limiting.

What you will bring to the role

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Development, International Relations, Program Management, or related field; Master’s as an added advantage.
• Proven work experience in program management, youth engagement, social change, or related areas.
• Experience in working with local communities and networking with local implementing partners, and private sectors.
• Understanding of the various Donor rules and guidelines
