JOB DETAILS:
Sales and Marketing Manager
Represent our company brands with a comprehensive understanding of its offerings/Market.
Managing all sales channels, e.g., Wholesalers, modern trade, and restaurants, and ensuring daily operations function well.
• Establish a network and build a good rapport with clients
Identify potential markets, sales channels, and competition and propose an effective sales strategy plan for business expansion & development to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets & KPIs
Present relevant sales & marketing promotion reports and forecasts to the management team.
Achieve company objectives by planning effectively, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance
Lead a team of sales personnel

Requirements
• Diploma/ Degree in Sales Management, Business Management, or a related field with at least 5 years in the FMCG industry.
• Excellent track record in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets & KPIs.
• Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal relationships and communication.
• Strong business acumen sense and industry expertise.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• A good team player with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
