About the Role – Site Manager Jobs in Kalumbila
As Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and managing daily operations to maintain service excellence. Your responsibilities will include facilitating regular customer meetings, managing spare parts inventory through Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) systems, and overseeing the planning and coordination of equipment and services. You will monitor equipment performance against contractual KPIs and conduct thorough root cause analyses to identify and implement improvements. Additionally, you will serve as the key liaison between product support teams, repair workshops, and customers to ensure accurate warranty support and timely communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily, weekly, and monthly customer meetings to align on service delivery and expectations.
- Manage spare parts inventory (VMI) to support optimal equipment uptime and operational continuity.
- Plan and coordinate equipment, parts, and service activities with precise and timely updates.
- Monitor and report on equipment performance against contractual targets, including KPI compliance.
- Conduct root cause and failure analyses (RCA, Fault Tree) and recommend actionable improvements.
- Communicate effectively with product support, repair workshops, and customers to ensure accurate warranty handling.
- Maintain health, safety, and environmental standards through hazard identification, risk assessments, and action planning.
Candidate Profile and Qualifications
- Technical diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, electromechanical engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years’ experience working in a mining environment.
- Proven management experience as a Site Manager or in a similar leadership role is highly advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems.
