POSITION: Telesales Agents

CONTRACT: Permanent

LOCATION: Lusaka

REPORTS TO: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact existing customers to confirm order quantities, delivery accuracy, and product quality
  • Generate new weekly orders from customers
  • Inform customers about promotions and new products
  • Handle customer complaints and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Receive and reconcile cash from Vansales, CCDs, and Depots
  • Clear customer accounts by matching invoices, credit notes, and cash received
  • Identify and follow up on outstanding customer balances
  • Process cash disbursements following approved requisitions
  • Ensure proper documentation and identification for all cash payments

Qualifications Required:

  • Minimum: Diploma in Sales / Marketing/ Business Administration
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales
  • At least 1 year as a Sales Representative in a similar environment
  • Ideal: 3+ years’ experience in FMCG sales
  • Valid driver’s license
