RDA/ORD/ONB/002/2022:

The Road Development Agency (RDA) using its operational financing under the 2022 Road Sector Annual Work Plan (RSAWP) has made provisions for funds for the insurance of motor vehicles and equipment. The RDA now intends to apply part of these funds for eligible payments under a contract for the Provision of Insurance Cover for RDA Vehicles and Equipment for a Three (3) Year Period from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2025.

Submission Procedure

All bids, in sealed envelopes clearly marked "Provision of Insurance Cover for RDA Vehicles and Equipment for a Three (3) Year Period from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2025" accompanied by a bid security of not less than 2% of the tender sum must be deposited in the e tender box placed outside the Conference Room of the Road Development Agency Head Office in Lusaka, on or before Friday, 9 December 2022 at 10:30 hours. The Bids shall bet opened tin immediately thereafter in the Conference Room in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. LATE BIDS SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
