Tender for the provision of outsourced Call Center services on a one (1NO.) Year running contract at Zamtel

1. Zamtel has set aside budget and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for the provision of outsourced Call Center Services on a one (1No) year running contract
2. Bidding will be conducted through Open National Bidding(ONB) and is reserved for Eligible Citizen Bidders only in line with the Public Procurement Act No 8 of 2020
3. Zamtel now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders to participate in the tender for the provision of outsourced Call Center Services on a one (No) year running contract
Submission procedure
4. Bidding document and other additional information may be obtained from Zamtal House, Corner of Church and Chilubi roads, Lusaka upon payment of a non- refundable fee of K1000.00
5. All clarifications relating to this tender shall be forwarded to the Supply Chain Unit at ZAMTEL House, Corner of Church and Chilubi Roads, Lusaka. Email: supplychain@zamtel.co.zm
6. All Bids appropriately bound, Sealed and clearly marked in bold "TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF OUTSORCED CALL CENTER SERVICES ON A ONE (1NO.) YEAR RUNNING CONTRACT must be deposited in the tender box situated at Zamtel House, Lusaka Zambia on or before Friday, 23rd December, 2022 at 10:00hours. Tender will be opened thereafter in the presence of Bidders or their representatives who choose to o attend. Late bids will be rejected.
