• Mentor and guide Grants and Fundraising Coordinators to strengthen our fundraising strategy.

• Collaborate across teams to align fundraising goals with organizational priorities.

• Proven experience in stakeholder management and grants or donor relations.

• Strong background in project proposal development and implementation.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Able to allocate at least 8 hours per week to LauncHER Engineers’ Hub duties.

Internal candidates with positive previous appraisals will have an added advantage.
