JOB DETAILS:

Requirements: The role requires regular monitoring of trucks which includes working during weekend and public holidays.

Responsibilities:

• -Tracking of Company vehicles’ location by GPS
• -Ensure strict compliance with company regulations by drivers
• -Coordinate and respond to emergency situations.
• -Develop and control company data  base and ensure that all vehicles’ information is continuously up to date and can be retrieved in real time.
• -Communicate with all clients and security escorts in charge of escorting trucks
• -Send convoy list to the Operations Manager
• -Keep and update records of all company vehicles
• -Present daily, weekly and monthly vehicle report management
• -Monitor the system, ensure that all trucks have their fully functional GPS system and report any truck that is not visible on the system to the relevant service providers.

Candidate Requirements

• -Diploma in any business related field
• -CLT accreditation
• -Fleet Management Certificate
• -Grade 12 Certificate
• -Police clearance
• -Medical report
• -Copy of NRC

Level of Education: associate degree
