JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Track outstanding invoices and follow up on payments
- Handle filing, data entry and clerical tasks
- Support budget preparation and monitor variances
- Postings on accounting software
- Maintain fixed asset register
- Prepare monthly statutory returns
- Support preparation of Financial Reports
- Ensure Compliance with relevant regulators
Qualifications:
- Full Grade 12 certificate
- Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft office, especially excel
- Experience in a similar role, is an added advantage
- Experience in a large, accounting/audit firm is an added advantage
Work Hours: 8
