The Eastern and Southern African Management Institute (ESAMI) is a Premier inter-governmental body owned by ten (10) member states and serving more than 34 countries in Africa. Our mandate is to offer academic programmes at the postgraduate level, executive training for senior and middle level management, deliver consultancy and business advisory services and undertake cutting edge action and solution-based research. Job Purpose

The job holder is responsible for assessing emerging areas that require training interventions, development of academic programmes’ curricula; preparation of teaching materials and delivery of academic courses, student thesis supervision and research.

Main Subject Clusters

The school’s postgraduate programmes are organised around the following eight programming areas. Applicants must demonstrate knowledge, practical experience and ability to execute lecturing, academic guidance and dissertation assignments in at least one of the following areas:
