JOB DETAILS:
To support the Head Teacher in the strategic and operational leadership, management, and administration of the school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Academic Leadership: Supporting curriculum development, overseeing teaching standards, and leading staff training.
- Pastoral Care: Managing student behavior, well-being, and safeguarding protocols.
- Staff Management: Handling day-to-day staff issues, conducting appraisals, and mentoring teachers.
- Administration: Deputizing for the Head in their absence, managing timetables, and overseeing assessments and reporting.
- Strategic Planning: Assisting with the school development plan, policy reviews, and implementation.
