Job Overview

Quantum Foods is seeking a dedicated Junior Assistant Accountant to join our team at our breeder farm in Chongwe. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements accurately and on time.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
• Support monthly account reconciliation and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation as required.
• Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Perform other administrative and financial tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• A qualification in accounting (Diploma or Degree required).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent record-keeping skills.
• Willingness to work in a farm-based environment in Chongwe.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., Pastel, QuickBooks) is an advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
