JOB DETAILS:
PEGO Sports Limited will be launching ‘The OZON League’ in 2025. The OZON League will comprise of 10 Football Teams representing the 10 Provinces of Zambia.

Responsibilities:
• Identify and recruit new team members
• Work with players to improve individual performance
• Coaching players during practice, games, and competitions
• Developing game plans for practice and games
• Maintain detailed records of player performance
• Develop key relationships and liaise with administration and players
• Position players during games and competitions

The Essentials:
• Coaching Licence + additional qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years’ coaching experience
• Knowledge of football rules
• Knowledge of offensive and defensive positions
• Proficiency in computers and technology
• Ability to communicate in multiple local languages – will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of recruiting, scouting, and team development
