JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary
Clinical Instructors will provide hands-on training and mentorship to nursing students during their clinical placements in hospitals and healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and assess students during clinical rotations.
• Provide bedside teaching, skills demonstrations, and practical training.
• Ensure students adhere to ethical and professional nursing standards.
• Liaise with hospital staff to facilitate an optimal learning environment.
• Monitor and evaluate students’ clinical performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Participate in competency-based assessments of nursing students.
• Maintain accurate student records and reports on clinical progress.

Qualifications & Experience
• Education: B.Sc. in Nursing with Nursing Education from a recognized institution.
• Additional Requirements:
o Strong evidence of Nursing and Midwifery Research.
o Registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council of Zambia (NMCZ) with a valid practicing license.
