JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and minor repairs across various trades (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, etc.)
- Carry out preventative maintenance tasks and inspections
- Respond to routine maintenance requests from clients or supervisors
- Assist in renovations, installations, and troubleshooting tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and safety on job sites
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in general repair and maintenance
- Versatile with basic skills in plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting
- Ability to use common hand and power tools
- Must be reliable, proactive, and able to follow safety procedures
- Prior work in residential or commercial settings preferred
