Quantum Leap Farms is a leading poultry farm committed to providing high-quality products while prioritizing animal welfare and sustainability. The farm is currently involved in egg production, piggery and vegetable. We’re seeking an experienced Horticulturist to join our team and contribute to our mission.

Job Summary:
As a Horticulturist, you’ll be responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining horticultural projects, ensuring the health and productivity of our plants.

Key Responsibilities:

Plant Care
1. Monitor plant health, detecting pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies.
2. Develop and implement plant care plans, including irrigation, fertilization, and pruning.

Crop Management
1. Plan and manage crop production, including planting, harvesting, and post-harvest handling.
2. Implement integrated pest management (IPM) strategies.

Research and Development
1. Conduct research on new plant varieties, growing techniques, and sustainable practices.

Team Management
1. Supervise and train horticultural staff.
2. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements:
Essential Qualifications
1. Diploma or Certificate in Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field.
2. Proven experience in horticulture, preferably in a similar industry.

Key Skills
1. Strong knowledge of plant biology, soil science, and horticultural practices.
2. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
