Job Purpose
The Responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to the following:
• Collecting relevant evidence (documents, videos, photographs etc).
• Interviewing witnesses, victims, suspects, and other involved parties.
• Documenting all investigation findings including evidence and witness statements
• Analysing gathered information and evidence to determine misconduct, policy violations or criminal activities
• Recognizing instances of misconduct policy violations or criminal activities based on investigation findings
• Creating accurate and objective reports summarizing investigation findings
• Collaborating with law enforcement agencies, legal counsel, or internal departments
• Ensuring strict confidentiality and appropriate handling of sensitive information
• Witnessing for the company by testifying in court or presenting findings to relevant authorities or disciplinary boards if necessary.

To be considered for this position, the candidate should meet the following minimum requirements:
• Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent
• Additional qualification will be an advantage
• Must have a minimum of three years of direct work experience in investigations, demonstrating substantial exposure to security operations and investigative practices.
• Ability to communicate clearly to all levels of the organization
• Team management skills; Good interpersonal skills, Influencing & communication skills, Planning, coordination and controlling skills.
