In line with its mission, the Bank is seeking to recruit highly motivated, result-oriented, well qualified and experienced professionals to fill the following vacancies:
Team Leader Direct Sales Agents: Kitwe (1) Lusaka (1)
Purpose of Role:
To create leads, coordinate sells activities and manage performance of the DSAs to ensure that the Bank’s products and services are sold in line with the Bank’s guidelines. To provide administrative support to Management in ensuring seamless operations of the Direct Sales Agents within their location whilst building long-term profitable customer relationships.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Grade 12 School Certificate or GCE equivalent.
• Diploma in Marketing, or Business Administration or in any relevant field.
• At least two (4) years of Supervising Direct Sales Agents
