1. Blow Moulding Machine Operator

Role Summary:
The Blow Moulding Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining machines that produce PET plastic bottles used for packaging bottled water.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate blow moulding machinery to form plastic bottles
• Monitor production lines for consistent quality and efficiency
• Perform routine machine cleaning, lubrication, and minor troubleshooting
• Log production data and promptly report technical faults
• Follow safety protocols and hygiene standards during operations

Minimum Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology, or a related technical field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating blow moulding machines
• Familiarity with PET plastic production and factory machinery operations
• Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision

2. Shrink Wrap / Packaging Machine Operator

Role Summary:
The Packaging Machine Operator will manage the wrapping and sealing process of bottled water cases using shrink wrap technology, ensuring neat packaging ready for dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate shrink wrap or packaging machinery to seal bottled products
• Monitor heat settings, film feed, and sealing quality
• Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and cleanliness in the packaging area
• Conduct routine checks on machine functionality and packaging material supply
• Assist with manual packaging tasks when required

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of a Grade 12 Certificate
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience operating shrink wrap or packaging machinery
• High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality
• Willingness to work long shifts in a physically demanding environment
• Strong adherence to safety and hygiene standards
