JOB DETAILS:

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach courses in Psychosocial Counseling, Mental Health, Trauma Counseling, and Behavioral Therapy.
• Develop and update course materials to reflect current counseling methodologies.
• Conduct practical training sessions, including role-playing and case study analyses.
• Supervise student internships and fieldwork in counseling settings.
• Provide academic and career counseling to students.
• Engage in research on mental health, counseling techniques, and psychosocial support.
• Participate in community outreach programs related to mental health awareness.
• Collaborate with counseling centers and NGOs for student placements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s or PhD in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Professional certification in counseling (e.g., Licensed Counselor) is an advantage.
• Teaching and practical counseling experience.
• Strong empathy, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of ethical and legal aspects of counseling.
