JOB DETAILS:

Location: University Teaching Hospital (UTH), Lusaka

A busy food outlet operating within UTH premises is looking to hire two (2) female restaurant attendants to join its team. This is a great opportunity for hardworking, customer-friendly individuals who are passionate about hospitality and food service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and serve customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the dining and serving areas
• Assist in food preparation and packaging when required
• Handle payments and issue receipts
• Monitor stock of supplies and report shortages to management
• Maintain a neat personal appearance and wear proper uniform
• Follow all health and safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Female, aged 20 to 35 years (preferred)
• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is an added advantage
• Ability to communicate well with customers and team members
• Must be punctual, polite, and have a good attitude toward work
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety is desirable

Location:

The restaurant is located within the University Teaching Hospital (UTH) in Lusaka.
