In order to achieve this mission, Tinikaa is inviting suitably qualified and experienced candidates who are energetic, self-motivated, innovative and impact maker to fill the position of Business Development Executives in Lusaka, Ndola and Kitwe.
Job Purpose
To register companies on the Tinikaa.com Business Directory .

Duties
• To clearly communicate Tinikaa.com’s services to prospects
• Be able to create leads
• Be a point of contact between Tinikaa.com and the prospects.
• To be able to get appointments for Tinikaa.com’s senior staff with key prospect’s personnel.
• Able to close deals
• Submit reports to supervisors on time.

Qualifications
• Full Grade 12 certificate is a must
• Any tertiary level education is an added advantage
Attributes
• Self-motivated, Team player, Collaborative, Integrity, Initiative, honesty and dependability

Skills
• Communication-English, Nyanja and Bemba
• Attentiveness
• Able to use a smartphone
