JOB DETAILS:

Job purpose

To conduct practical nursing training to students in order to facilitate provision of quality nursing management.

Qualifications and experience required:

1. Must have a full Grade 12 School Certificate with at least five (5) Credits or better
2. Must have an earned Diploma in Registered Nursing (RN) or Registered Midwifery (RM)
3. Must have an earned Bachelor of Science in Nursing from a reputable and accredited University
4. Possession of MSc in a relevant discipline will be an added advantage
5. Must have functional computer literacy
6. Minimum of two (2) years working experience as a registered nurse
7. Possession of a Diploma/Certificate in Clinical Teaching will be an added advantage
8. Must have a valid practicing Certificate from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Zambia (NMCZ)
9. Must have good comprehensive and critical analytical skills
10. Must be able to communicate effectively in the English
11. Must be able to communicate effectively in English language
12. Must be assertive with high level of integrity, focus to detail
