JOB DETAILS:

Department: Sales
Reporting to: Sales Director
Location: Local retail stores – Lusaka

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and demonstrate solar and energy storage products in retail settings
• Engage with walk-in customers, answer questions, and guide purchase decisions
• Maintain attractive product displays and manage promotional materials
• Collect customer feedback and market insights and report to the sales team
• Assist in organizing and executing offline promotions (outdoor events, holiday campaigns)
• Support store operations, including cleanliness and basic logistics

Minimum Qualifications:

• Grade 12 Certificate or higher (Marketing, Sales, Energy, or related field is a plus)
• Prior experience in retail sales, field promotion, or consumer electronics/FMCG is preferred
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
• Energetic, presentable, and confident with a sales-driven attitude
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays as needed

• Customer-centric mindset and ability to drive conversions
• Good product understanding and ability to simplify technical benefits
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• High level of personal discipline, reliability, and energy
