JOB DETAILS:

• Job Title: Hairdresser
• Number of Vacancies: 4
• Location: Mass Media, Lusaka (very close to Longacres Mall)
• Start Date: Immediate

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Salary: K1,000 per month
• Transport Allowance: K120 per week
• Lunch: Provided daily
• After Probation: Salary increases to K1,200 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional hair services including braiding, relaxing, styling, and treatments
• Maintain a clean and welcoming salon environment
• Engage clients professionally and courteously
• Keep up with current hair trends and styles
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure client satisfaction

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Must have proven experience in hairdressing with a visible portfolio of past work
• Should reside in nearby areas such as Mass Media, Longacres, Kalingalinga, Woodlands, or surrounding neighborhoods
• Should be reliable, professional, and ready to start immediately
• Good communication skills and a passion for customer service
• Self-motivated and able to work in a team
