JOB DETAILS:

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver lectures and seminars in Business Administration, including areas such as Management, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, and Entrepreneurship.
• Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and lesson plans to align with industry trends and academic standards.
• Assess student performance through assignments, exams, projects, and presentations.
• Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students.
• Engage in research and publish scholarly articles in reputable journals.
• Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and accreditation processes.
• Supervise student projects, internships, and dissertations.
• Foster industry partnerships and collaborations for student internships and placements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s or PhD in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Teaching experience at a tertiary level is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of business theories, practices, and case studies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for teaching and research.
