JOB DETAILS:
Location: Kitwe
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate road rollers to compact soil, gravel, asphalt, or other materials on construction sites.
- Ensure uniform compaction to meet project specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on rollers and report issues promptly.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and coordinate with site teams.
Requirements:
- Valid certification or license for operating road rollers.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a road roller operator.
- Knowledge of road construction processes and safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Level of Education: professional certificate
