As a B2C Sales Executive, you will focus on driving sales growth through direct customer interactions and strategic engagement. This role requires a proactive approach to customer acquisition, sales techniques, and relationship management to achieve sales targets.

Location:

Lusaka x 4, Kitwe x 1 and Chipata x 1

Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels.
  • Present and promote products or services to prospective customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain positive business relationships with customers.
  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Monitor competitors’ activities and develop strategies to improve market presence.
  • Provide feedback and reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience of working in a similar environment in B2C sales or relevant role.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously while being a team player.
