Job Summary:
A company in Kalulushi Central is seeking six experienced Loader Operators to join our team. The Loader Operators will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to handle material loading and transportation tasks, ensuring safety and efficiency in a fast-paced industrial environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate front-end loaders to load materials such as ore, gravel, or other industrial materials into trucks or stockpiles.
  • Conduct pre-shift inspections to ensure the loader is in safe and operational condition.
  • Follow operational plans and supervisor instructions to meet production targets.
  • Adhere to safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working environment.
  • Perform basic maintenance on the loader and report any mechanical issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with other operators and site teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Monitor material quality and report any inconsistencies to supervisors.
  • Maintain accurate records of materials loaded and hours worked.
  • Assist with additional site tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility in operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience operating loaders in an industrial, mining, or construction setting.
  • Valid operating certificate for loaders from a recognized institution.
  • Strong understanding of safety practices in an industrial environment.
  • Physical ability to work in demanding conditions, including long shifts and variable weather.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and precision in operating heavy machinery.
  • Good communication skills to coordinate with site teams and supervisors.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kalulushi Central, Copperbelt Province.
  • Serious and committed attitude, as emphasized by the employer.
