Academic Operations Officer
Overview

The University seeks to recruit suitably qualified individuals for the position of Academic Operations Officer.

Roles and Responsibilities;
• To assist in administrative duties for undergraduates and postgraduates, areas allocated by the Head of Department and reviewed from time to time by the Head of Department.
• To ensure attendance schedules, progress reports, time-tables, log books are ordered in line with TAU operation procedures in procurement.
• To assist maintaining records to monitor student progress, achievement and attendance.
• To assist in preparation of departmental, student and faculty seminars aimed at sharing research outcomes and building interdisciplinary collaboration within and outside the department.
• Assist with data entry and analysis under the supervision of the Head of Department.

Academic Qualifications;
• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or any related field. A Masters Degree will be an added advantage.

Experience;
• 2 – 4 years experience in a similar role.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
