The Zambia Information and Communications Technology Authority (ZICTA) is a statutory body established to regulate the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector as well as the Postal and Courier Services sector in Zambia. The Authority draws its mandate from the Information and Communication Technologies Act No. 15 of 2009, the Electronic Communications and Transaction Act No. 21 of 2009 and the Postal Services Act No. 22 of 2009.
