Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records and reports
• Managing daily accounting transactions and petty cash
• Preparing monthly financial statements and budgets
• Handling payroll and statutory obligations
• Ensuring proper financial controls and compliance
• Managing revenue, expenses, and inventory records
• Advising management on financial matters

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Membership with a recognized professional accounting body will be an added advantage
• At least 2 years of proven working experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
• Proficiency in computer applications (especially Microsoft Excel & accounting software)
• Good communication and organizational skills
