Overview
Fitzsoft Applications Ltd has been in operation since the year 2018. Our aim is to help businesses meet technological growing demands.
We are looking for a suitable individual to fill in the position of Account
The Accountant will be responsible for the following:
• Accurate and timely delivery of financial reports, including payroll and cash book management.
• Shall manage the day to day finance Operations
• Able to process all Taxes and returns on time.
• Preparation of Budgets
• Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
• Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
• Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
• Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
• Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
• Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
• Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
• Complies with state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.

Qualifications:
• Full grade 12 certificate
• Must have ACCA level 2, A Degree in Accounting or anything equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field
• Experience using Computers especially Microsoft Excel
• Must be a member of ZICA
