JOB DETAILS:

A dynamic ICT company committed to excellence and financial integrity is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Accountant to lead the accounting team and ensure robust financial reporting and compliance.
Qualifications and Experience
1. Full ACCA, ZICA or any related qualification
2. 5+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
3. Proven track record in strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting
4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
5. Paid up member of ZICA
Responsibilities
1. Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts
payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
2. Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial  statements.
3. Ensure compliance with local tax laws, statutory reporting, and financial regulations.
4. Lead the budgeting and forecasting process.
5. Manage internal and external audits.
6. Supervise and mentor the Finance team.
7. Develop and implement internal controls and financial procedures.
