Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Accountant based in Kitwe, at our Kitwe Depot. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Additional tasks include budgeting, cost analysis, and providing support in audits, as well as collaborating with other departments to maintain accurate financial systems.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Cost Analysis
- Expertise in Account Reconciliation and maintaining compliance with accounting standards
- Proficiency in Tally Software, Data Analysis, and Spreadsheet Management
- Ability to provide support during Audits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CIMA is an added advantage
