JOB DETAILS:
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Timely preparation of monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements
• Timely Processing of Payments
• Submitting all required and necessary statutory obligation such as NAPSA, ZRA, PACRA, NHIMA, WORKERS COMPENSATION etc.
• Ensuring that the Firm is up to date with all statutory obligations Systematic filling of all accounting documents
• Preparation of Financial Reports for the firm and Debt Collection of Pending Bills
• Working with Pastel Accounting Package
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Full Grade 12 School Certificate
• Diploma in Accountancy or Part Qualified ZICZ/ACCA/CIMA Must be a Member of ZICA
• At least 2 years experience in similar role
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
