Key responsibilities

-Maintain proper books of account’s and daily financial transaction.

- Manage account’s payable and receivables.

- Prepare and process invoices, conduct bank reconciliation.

- Payroll preparations, proper filling and maintenance of accounting records.

- Oversee regular stock takes and ensure accurate stock records are maintained.

Compliance Responsibilities

- Ensure timely preparation and submission of: PAYE,NAPSA, NHIMA, VAT, WHT, ERB license fees and Salaries and bonuses.

Requirements

-Diploma or degree in accounting added advantage, finance or related field.

- Proficiency in all accounting software, particularly Omni account’s software and Microsoft excel.

- Professional qualifications such as Zica, ACCA, CIMA,or equivalent will be added advantage.

- Proven experience in accounting and finance reporting, strong knowledge of Zambia tax and statutory compliance requirements.

- Strong analytical and mathematical skills, ability to work independently and meet strict deadline’s.

- High level of integrity and professionalism.
