Livingstone Institute of Business and Engineering Studies (LIBES) is one of the Public TEVET Institutions under the Ministry of Technology and Science, Livingstone Institute of Business and Engineering Studies (LIBES) is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as interns in the following position:
Responsibilities:
- Assist with data entry and record keeping in accounting software.
- Assist with the preparation of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and other accounting tasks.
- Assist with filing and organizing financial documents.
- Assist with general administrative tasks related to the accounting department.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 School Certificate
- A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
