JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose
The Accounts Assistant will facilitate smooth financial operations by ensuring timely processing of payments and financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
• Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Assist in budget monitoring and expenditure tracking.
• Support the finance team with administrative and accounting tasks.

Qualifications and Experience
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least two (2) years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision.
