A graphic designing, printing and branding business is looking to hire an Administration and Sales Assistant to be based in Livingstone. The Administration and Sales Assistant will serve as a point of contact for walk through customers with enquiries about our services and products and provide support to the sales and administration teams as well as the rest of the teams.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
-Provide efficient and effective sales and administration support to ensure the smooth running of the office
-Maintain good customer relations and be the first point of contact for customers to welcome them and guide them through the relevant sales process.
-Attend to customer enquiries and provide after sales support to customers
-Take note of all sales orders and ensure timely completion and collection/delivery of orders for clients
-Typing, formatting and editing reports, documents and presentations.
-Copying, scanning, printing of documents, as well as taking notes.
-Entering client data and record keeping.
-Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of management.
-Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
-Ordering office supplies and replacements, as well as managing client deliveries and courier services.
-Stock and materials management
-Ensure the cleanliness of the office space
-Participate in product and service marketing and sales when required
-Any other administrative and sales support required.
-Branding support as needed.
Qualification and Skills
Certificate/Diploma in any administrative or sales field
-Dependability — being reliable, responsible and dependable, fulfilling obligations.
-Initiative — Job requires a willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges
-Team player — Job requires being pleasant with others on the job and displaying a good-natured, cooperative attitude
-Sales and administration experience
-Great time management
-Well-spoken and presentable
-Analytical and pays attention to detail
-Proficient with Microsoft Office Packages- (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
-Knowledge of graphic designing and the printing industry a plus
