Background
We are looking for a highly capable and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Solwezi. This role is not suited to basic or entry-level administration. We are specifically seeking someone with solid administrative experience, strong attention to detail, and the potential to grow into a more senior support role over time. Key Responsibilities
- Accurate data capturing and record management
- HR administrative support and controls
- Document control and filing systems
- Supporting internal reporting and basic data analysis
- Ensuring procedures are followed consistently and correctly
- Working closely with the team to support day-to-day operations
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in administration (beyond basic duties)
- Strong attention to detail and high work standards
- Able to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and work independently
- Comfortable working with data and analysing information
- A reliable team player with a professional attitude
- Motivated, dedicated, focused, and hard-working
Minimum Requirements
- Must be a Zambian female
- Must reside in the North-Western Province (Solwezi or nearby)
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, email essential)
- Must have contactable references.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
