ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly organised and professional Administrative Assistant to support our financial services team. You will be the operational backbone of a busy team — managing schedules, coordinating communication, and ensuring our excecutives and clients receive outstanding support day to day.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage diaries and meeting schedules for directors
- Handle client correspondence and coordinate follow-ups
- Prepare and process financial documentation and compliance records
- Accurately input and maintain client and transactional data across our systems
- Maintain accurate client files
- Support onboarding of new clients
- Coordinate travel and event arrangements
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1+ years in a similar role, ideally in financial services is a bonus
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
A good chunk of this role involves data entry and record-keeping — we need someone who takes great pride in getting things right first time.
