- Creating and maintaining both electronic and physical filing systems
- Managing accounts and performing basic bookkeeping tasks
- Performing accurate data entry and conducting basic data analysis
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations
- Processing expense reports in a timely manner
- Coordinating travel arrangements as required
Qualifications and Experience Required
To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration or a related field
- At least one year of experience in a similar administrative role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment
