Background
Agrilearn Initiative Limited is seeking a results-driven Agronomist / Field Supervisor to support a 500-hectare mechanised land preparation project in Luwingu.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will oversee ploughing and disc harrowing operations, ensuring proper soil preparation, depth, and adherence to agronomic best practices. You will work closely with tractor operators and field teams to maintain high productivity, monitor field conditions, and ensure all activities meet required standards.
Qualifications and Experience
This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong field experience in land preparation and mechanised farming.
