Job Summary:

Silondwa Engineering Limited is seeking a skilled and experienced Aircon/Refrigeration Technician to install, maintain, and repair air conditioning and refrigeration systems across our operations. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and service air conditioning and refrigeration systems
• Diagnose faults and perform routine and emergency repairs
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs

Qualifications & Experience:

• Craft Certificate or Diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and refrigerant handling
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills

Work Hours: 8
