Royal Air Charters is seeking a highly skilled and licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) to support its growing fleet. The ideal candidate must be experienced, licensed, and capable of working under pressure in a dynamic operational environment. This is a rotational contract-based opportunity for professionals who thrive in field operations and team supervision.
Minimum Requirements
- Valid ZCAA or SACAA Licensed AME
- ERJ-135/145 License (Airframe and Engines) – Mandatory
- Additionally rated on at least two of the following aircraft types:
- C208
- B200
- B350
- B190 (Airframe and Engines)
- Proven ability to supervise engineers and delegate effectively
- Experience in planning departments or coordinating maintenance activities
- Hands-on experience with major checks and engine changes
- Must be able to work effectively under pressure

- Leadership and team management skills
- Strong technical problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work in remote or demanding operational environments
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities
