JOB DETAILS:
The role creates and maintains the entire payables system of Fintech Finance to Partners/Merchants and Suppliers. It supports Finance operations by accomplishing all payments to Fintech Suppliers and Partners / Merchants by ensuring accurate record keeping, timely processing of payments and adherence to company policies and procedures.

The key responsibilities for this role include but not limited to the following:
• Ensures Daily liquidation of partner’s and Merchant’s ECW balances and transfers them to their bank accounts;
• Performs ECW Partner reconciliations of all collections into their wallets;
• Ensures daily liquidation of custody bank accounts that support the trade with cash outs;
• Ensures daily liquidation of ECW accounts for Service Centers subsequent to agent deposits;
• Supports the GSM Parent Company with GSM Wallet reconciliations and liquidations (Airtime, EVD, Data sales and Dealer collections);
• Performs e-value allocation for customer deposits, reallocations within Partner wallets and supports all customer queries;
• Provides daily support to the reconciliation team to clear trust account reconciling items identified on the trust recons;
• Takes ownership of the Fintech Finance group mailing list and provides customer feedback;
• Provides support to the service centers by coordinating all service queries related to Fintech Finance;
• Supports month end reporting by providing liquidation reports;
• Coordinates with Finance Operations Manager and GSM to support GSM Prefunds for Mobile money supplier payments;
• Performs any other duties assigned by the Finance operations manager.

Candidate Requirements
• Grade 12 certificate with 5 credit or better of which English and Mathematics are a must;
• ZICA / ACCA level 2, Business/Commerce, or equivalent field;
• Experience in Fintech, banking or Mobile Money is preferred;
• Experience working in a global/multinational enterprise with a good understanding emerging market is preferred.
