| Zambia Postal Services Corporation (ZAMPOST), a leading provider of postal and courier services in Zambia, is inviting suitably qualified, dynamic, and results-oriented individuals to apply for the positions of Area Manager [2] stationed at Chipota and Morgan Post Office respectively. | Key life Director's Operations. |
| Historic investors managing and coordinating the operations of the assigned Area by implementing the Area Operating Plan, driving revenue generation, and ensuring operational excellence in the with the Corporation's strategic objectives. | Personal Assistance and Skills - Proven leadership, roles, and business development skills. |
| Duties and Key Responsibilities | Strong customer service orientation and ability to build lasting business relationships. |
| 1. Drive the implementation of the approved Area Operations Plan to achieve set revenue and profit targets. | Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. |
| 2. Ensure strict adherence to quality service standards to enhance customer satisfaction. | Commercial responsibility with proficiency in Microsoft Office application. |
| 3. Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the customer base and revenue streams. | Capital oriented with technical aptitude and ability to perform function effectively. |
| 4. Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to meet business targets. | Capacity to work under pressure prioritizes initial tasks and meet deadlines. |
| 5. Monitor customer service delivery across the Area, ensuring timely, efficient, and consistent service. | Strategic thinking and execution. |
| 6. Proactively handle customer complaints and evaluate customers on ZAMPOST's products and services. | Results-oriented with a focus on revenue growth and cost control. |
| 7. Monitor market trends and competitive activities and provide insight into management. | High integrity and professionalism. |
| 8. Prepare and submit operational performance reports (safety, weekly, and monthly). | Qualifications and experience |
| 9. Ensure clean, safe, and customer – literacy environment is cared and can place in the Area. | Public Administration, Marketing, or a related field. |
| 10. Oversee efficient mail and posted movement in the with-service standard. | Z Mithiman of five (3) years relevant work experienced in operations management, particularly in a counter company. |
| 11. Facilitate effective internal communication and ensure staff compliance with corporate policies. | Media of application |
