Overview
We are recruiting!
Our Client in Lusaka, is looking for a Area Sales Manager to join their team for a job vacancy within the seeds & seedlings,Agrochems & Irrigation & Greenhousing industry.

Duties and Responsibilities.
• Product Sales and Technical backup to Agro dealers and small-scale farmers* emerging farmers) with the goal of achieving sales targets.
• Onboard new customers in allocated area.
• Manage sales team, instore merchandiser (store visits, order taking, store display).
• Co-ordinate delivery of product and manage delivery routes and frequency of delivery.
• Planning and designing of departmental marketing (with marketing department) instruments for Agro dealers and small-scale farmers
• Arrange and coordinate various technical and marketing activities, these may include field days, farmers meetings, demonstration of trials and trial sites (training of farmers)

Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science in Agriculture or equivalent Agronomy qualification.

Experience
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• 5 to 10 years’ experience in the Agro Industry



Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
