JOB DETAILS:
We are an emergent farm specialized in piggery and poultry based in Shimabala area of
Lusaka Province. We are looking for an experienced and self motivated Assistant Farm
Manager with an ownership mentality to join our team

Duties & Responsibilities
• Assist managing the poultry, piggery and garden
• Assist in ensuring maximum productivity of the piggery, poultry and garden
• Provide timely reports for decision making
• Supervise the adherence of Health and Safety requirements and Bio-Security protocols
• Provide operational and administrative support to the Farm Manager
• Handling other tasks as maybe assigned

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
• Diploma in Agricultural, animal science, or any other related field
• At least seven (7) years experience in piggery and poultry farm management
• Must have excellent work ethic
• Ability to work in a stressful environment and with minimal supervision
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Level of Education: Associate Degree
